Openridge AI, Inc. ("Openridge", "we") is a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 3 Silden Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72715. This policy explains what information we collect through openridge.ai and our free audit tool, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect consumer data in the course of our client work.

The audit itself is generated by analysing the public website address you provide. Your contact details are not sent to the AI model providers we use to produce it.
We use a small number of service providers, each under terms that restrict them to processing on our instructions:
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to the providers above, or where the law requires.
Audit results and the contact details you give us are kept while we have an ongoing reason to hold them, which for prospects is normally no longer than 24 months from your last interaction with us, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained for 14 months under our configuration. Email correspondence is kept in the ordinary course of business.
If you are a California resident, the rights above cover what the CCPA provides, and we do not sell or share your information as those terms are defined in that law. If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, our site is not directed at you, but if you contact us we handle your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding, and you have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection described above.
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to named personnel behind multi-factor authentication, and we follow a written information security policy and incident response plan. If a security incident affects your information we will tell you without undue delay.
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
